Sonaray completed a warehouse and cold storage lighting upgrade for Dryer Transport in Sunshine, Victoria, replacing the existing lighting with a high-performance LED solution designed to improve visibility, energy efficiency, and workplace safety.
As a busy logistics and cold storage facility, the site required reliable illumination capable of supporting daily warehouse operations while meeting the lighting requirements outlined in AS/NZS 1680.1:2020 for simple task workplaces. The retrofit solution needed to minimise disruption to operations while delivering improved light quality and reducing ongoing maintenance and energy costs.
Sonaray supplied and installed HB-3150 150W LED High Bay luminaires fitted with 120° lenses, providing wide, uniform light distribution throughout the warehouse and cold storage areas. By upgrading the existing lighting system rather than undertaking a complete replacement, the project was completed efficiently while making use of the existing infrastructure.
The new LED lighting system delivers brighter, more consistent illumination, helping improve visibility for warehouse staff, forklift operators, and logistics personnel.
