How do off-grid lights work?
Our off-grid lights utilise a solar panel and an incorporated battery that will power the LED for up to 17 hours of continuous light.
Off-grid solar lights will illuminate your space with natural light that perfectly mimics natural daylight without any annoying glare.
Even in shaded or low-sunlight areas, the solar panel will still receive a certain degree of charge, although not as much as when the panel is exposed to direct sunlight.
The LEDs incorporated into our off-grid lights have an approximate lifespan of around 50,000 hours.
Off-grid lights don’t require mains power because they utilise a solar panel and battery, making them cost-effective and very low maintenance.
